Voie d'Espoir - Reuniting family and adoptees from Haïti

Our team

Committed people. One shared mission.

Behind every search are women and men who listen, provide support, and work with dedication to preserve family histories and help make reunions possible.

A team dedicated to human stories

Voie d’Espoir brings together professionals and committed individuals around a shared conviction: everyone should be able to access their personal history, know their origins and, when they choose to do so, take steps to reconnect with their family ties. Our organization is built on independent governance, executive leadership, and field teams working closely with communities. This complementary structure allows us to combine strategic vision, institutional rigor, and compassionate support.

Present in several regions of Haiti, the team supports adopted persons and biological families throughout every stage of the search for origins: reception and registration, collection and verification of information, field investigations, coordination of DNA testing, mediation, and support throughout the reunion process.

Through community-based work grounded in listening, confidentiality, and respect for each individual, the team works every day to turn the mission of Voie d’Espoir into concrete action: Support. Search. Reconnect.
